Singing in The Rain

Instead of blustery snow storms, we have a winter of rain storms. And more often than not, in San Francisco, they can tend to be the sort that is so windy that either your umbrella turns instead out, or the rain somehow manages to almost defeat gravity and come up under the rain shield.
